One of the key components of our Passover seder is Matzah! More specifically, Shmurah Matzah - Matzah that’s been watched from the moment the wheat was harvested until it’s baked and ready to eat.
Join us on a journey through the Model Matzah Bakery!
With baker's hats and aprons on, we’ll experience the 18-minute journey of the Matzah from threshing and winnowing the wheat stalks, grinding to flour, and rolling out our very own hot crunchy matzah!
The Exodus reenactment will keep you on your toes as we “experience” the ten plagues in real time and then we’ll toast to our redemption with a chocolate fondue!
This hands on Matza-making experience is fun and educational for children and adults alike!
